Cleaning Procedures

  • Exterior Cleaning: Includes window washing, facade scrubbing, and sidewalk sweeping.
  • Interior Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
  • Specialized Services: Graffiti removal, pressure washing, and seasonal display setups.

Materials and Equipment

Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Access to Premises

Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has unobstructed access to the storefront during the scheduled cleaning times. Any necessary keys or access codes should be provided in advance.

Providing Necessary Information

Clients should inform us of any specific areas requiring attention or any potential hazards that our team should be aware of.

Service Modifications and Cancellations

Flexibility is key, and we accommodate modifications and cancellations under the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance incur no charges.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

Modifications to Services

Changes to the scope of work must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Additional charges may apply based on the extent of modifications.

Liability and Insurance

We prioritize safety and accountability in all our operations.

Damage Liability

While we take utmost care in handling your property, we are liable for any damages directly resulting from our negligence. Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

Insurance Coverage

Our services are covered by comprehensive liability insurance, ensuring protection against unforeseen incidents during the cleaning process.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and our Storefront Cleaning Services. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
